Pumpkin Banana Smoothie

Pumpkin Banana Smoothie

Serves 1 

3/4 cup almond milk ( or coconut milk) 
1 cup crushed ice
1/2 frozen banana ( I used a whole fresh banana too! ) 
1 tsp ground flaxseed
1/3 cup pumpkin puree ( fresh is best, but can will work) 
1-11/2 TBS maple syrup ( or honey) 
1/4 tsp of each, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger

Options: Add a handful of spinach! 

Place in blender and blend well! Enjoy immediately!
